  We brought a couple bagels home this morning to have for breakfast, and we were pretty disappointed. I had a cinnamon raisin, and my mom had gotten an everything. Both of our bagels were kind of hard.. okay, no big deal I thought, maybe the outsides are just more crisp. I bit into it and realized that was not the case. The whole thing was kind of hard and chewy/rubbery (not soft, like doughy chewy!), and tasted stale. The walnut raisin cream cheese was ok, nothing out of this world.
  
  I'll definitely stick to Panera. I've even had better bagels from a grocery store or Wawa. Disappointing since they're so close, and their prices are reasonable.

  Horrible. Didn't have much of a selection of bagels. The staff was rude and nearly no place to sit. What a waste of time.
